Obituary of Jerry Lee James

Graveside service for Jerry Lee James, 68, of Talladega, will be Tuesday at 3:30 PM at Pine Hill Memorial Park. Rev. Harold Hazel will officiate. The family will receive friends from 2:30- 3:15 Tuesday at Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega.
Mr. James passed away October 23, 2001 at Regional Medical Center.
Jerry was a native of Talladega and a graduate of Lincoln High School, class of 1961. He was along time employee of Coosa Valley Coop and an avid hunter. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of Vietnam War.
He is preceded in death by his father, George Wallace James.
His survivors include his wife, Gaynell James, mother, Mary Elizabeth James, brother, Douglas James (Brenda) and several nieces and nephews.
His nephews will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to The American Cancer Society.
