The Colonel Robert L. Howard State Veterans Home Therapy Department wishes to extend our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Joe Bell. He was a frequent participant and a favorite face in the therapy gym. We enjoyed helping him recover from whatever his latest stunt was, having him stop by the gym to pop his leg on, and helping him get his purple powerchair. He was one of a kind, and will be dearly missed.
