Stella and I extend our condolences to the family. Rocky was a fine soldier in wartime and an outstanding citizen in peace. Those of us from the 5th Battalion, 12th U.S. Infantry and the 199th Light Infantry Brigade will always hold him in our hearts and wish the very best for his family.

I am so very sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the Bible's hopeful message where it reveals that God's purpose is to restore the dead to life by means of a resurrection to a paradise earth, where sickness and death will be no more. Charlotte & Kyle, My heart breaks for your family right now. Wayne was a very special person to me and taught me so much in the many years that we worked together. He encouraged me when I wanted to quit so many times. He had more faith in me than I had in myself. He will be very much missed. Praying for you all during this time.
