Obituary of Cecilia Fincher Patterson

Cecilia Fincher Patterson, 74, of Oxford, AL passed away at her home on Thursday, April 6, 2023. A memorial service will be held in her honor at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega with Troy Busby officiating. Her family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Patterson was born and raised in Talladega, AL. She also owned several businesses in the Talladega and Anniston areas over many years. She had a very big heart, and she never met a stranger. Mrs. Patterson always saw the good in everyone. She is preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Helen Fincher, and two sisters, Doris Hughston and Sandy Ponder. Mrs. Patterson is survived by her son, Lane (Rebecca) Luker; granddaughters, Jordan (Michael) Shekels and Morgan (Troy) Busby; grandson, Dalton Luker, great-granddaughter, Cora Shekels; great grandson, Jason Shekels; brother, Robert Fincher; 4 nephews, and one niece.
