I grew up at the same church with David. His parents were my Sunday school teachers, and his dad was my stepdad's best friend, they both worked for the railroad, and talked almost daily on the phone. I'm so sad to hear of his passing, and my prayers are for his family, friends and loved ones. We'll meet again my friend. "for You are our glory and our joy."

I will never forget the first time I met David. He was a talker and that was great because I am a talker too. He went on and on about how amazing our son Drake was and how happy he was that Drake & Gracie had found one another. I only got to talk to him a few times but those few times I'll cherish. He loved his family and it showed. I have no doubt about where he is and I know we will all see him again one day. You left an imprint on my heart and I thank you for that David. RIP

There will never be another David. Never a more friendlier sweet caring person. His hands were never empty of love for his family, friends or church. He walked the walk. He always had time to stop and talk no matter what he was doing. I'll always remember the sweet times he spent with our family and especially the friendship he shared with my brother Jacky. Our hearts are truly broken for now, but some day soon David, someday soon, we'll all talk again. Love you David. Peace and comfort to all who will miss seeing that smile. Jean and family

David was a great friend to me over all the years that I have known him. He would come to Piggly Wiggly & talk to anyone & everyone. David also was concerned about me in 2020 when I was sick with COVID. He messaged me almost everyday to check on me & see if we needed anything. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family as they go through this difficult time.
