I was so sad to read this. Johnny was a friend to me (as well as my late husband, Phil Townsend) all through school from 1st grade to 12th grade. We were also together in Youth at East Gadsden Methodist Church.
He was always kind, and greeted you with the best good ole bear hug!
My prayers are with you as you go through this good-bye journey. Also, as you adjust to your new life without him. Whenever the sadness is overwhelming, just picture him and how happy he is with the Lord and greeting all the saints with his good ole bear hug.
Love & prayers,
Cindy Martin Townsend Brewer
