Dave was more than my brother in law, he was one of my best friends. Paul, Dallas and I spent a lot of time with him and Edna that I will cherish forever. Bama games and tailgating, our trips to the beach all of our get togethers, I will always remember but what I will cherish the most are the hours sitting on their deck talking, laughing and cutting up while Dave told all his funny stories.. He always referred to me as his “ oldest daughter”.
He was always so good to me and I will forever remember his infectious laugh and how he was always the life of the party. Although I will miss him dearly and my heart is breaking now, I think about how blessed I am that he was my family and friend. I am grateful to have spent so many good years with him. Those times will forever be in my heart and memories that I will hold deep. You are at peace now Dave.
