I always remember Poppa joking around. He absolutely adored all the children. I remember that gigantic gold fish he had with all the tanks connected around the office. He would give me 50 cents to play his pinball machine or the crammer crane. He is going to be missed so much. I’m so glad that I have such happy memories of him.

Billy was a kind soul, with always a joke to tell, he made everyone around him smile and will be greatly missed by all. Condolences to the Phipps Family. Somewhere in heaven there is a place, a place just for him, with roads of gold and leaves of jade, he prepared a place for you, But for Billy, I am sure there is a special spot, a circle of red clay, fast cars and the smell of racing fuel. With checkered flags and Screaming crowds and motors that sound like thunder. Billy's foot on the gas, speeding fast and a smile from ear to ear.
