"Mama" symbolizes so many things on so many levels. The love we feel for the one that reared us is immeasurable... it takes on a different quality when we become one...This is a heartbreaking time and I pray for guidance, peace, healing, & unimaginable strength to carry on the legacy that she bestowed on each of you.

I had the pleasure of growing up across the street from the Miller's in Forrest Hills. A wonderful family and Mrs. Miller was like my second Mom. I can't remember how many times she fixed cuts and scrapes. My favorite story is the time she had us convinced to go "snipe hunting". I remember running around with Donnie and we both had paper bags with rocks in them and a stick. Took us a few hours to figure it out... My heart sank when I heard the news. Martha, Donnie and Phil please know that your old neighborhood friend is sending prayers from Florida. Your Mom will be missed, she was a great woman.

I love Mrs. Miller. Pat was a wonderful leader, friend and mentor. She was a true lady who helped everyone in need. Pat was a wonderful ambassador who was faithful, dedicated and committed to the community of Talladega and the state of Alabama.
Her wisdom and wit instilled confidence and positivity to all who knew and worked with her.
I love you Pat and appreciate the lessons I learned.

The world just got a little dimmer and heaven a lot brighter . Your mother was a true Southern Women in every sense of the word. She was strong, compassionate, independent and loved her family and friends. She touched so many lives and we are all the better for having known her. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. Prayers continue for your family. Much love
