I would like to offer my deepest condolences to the Blackburn family. Losing a loved one is never easy. However, the Bible offers us a wonderful hope in that we will see these precious ones again soon (John 5:28,29). May Jehovah, the God of all comfort, strengthen you during this most difficult time.

When someone we love dies, it leaves a hole in our hearts. This sorrow was felt by Jesus, Mary and Martha when Lazarus their brother died. Jesus said to Martha: “I am the resurrection and the life, He that exercises faith in me even though he dies, will come to life. Did I not tell you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?” Then he proceeded to resurrect Lazarus and he promises to resurrect all those in the memorial tombs. Please read John 5:28,29 in your Bible and may this hope bring your family comfort.

I am sorry for your loss. May your family look forward to a time in the near future when no one will even say he or she is sick anymore, and all death will be swallowed up forever. (Isaiah 33:24; Isaiah 25:8)

I am so sorry for your loss, may the peace mentioned at Philippians 4:6,7 sustain you during this difficult time. It wasn't our Creator purpose for mankind to live 70 or 80 years and move on to another realm. He wanted mankind to live right here on earth forever in paradise (Genesis 1:26-28;3:1-6). In the near future God promised that we will see our loved ones again who have fallen asleep in death in the resurrection, then sickness, pain and even death will be a thing of the passed (Isaiah 33:24; John 11:11-14,38-44 and Revelation 21:3,4).
