Graveside service with full military honors for Retired Chief Petty Officer Tracey Ray Irvin, 42 of Grovetown GA, formerly of Talladega will be Tuesday at 11:00 am at Oak Hill Cemetery. Rev. Glen Horn will officiate. His family will receive friends Tuesday from 9:30-10:30 at Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega. Tracey passed away at his home in Georgia on January 30, 2016. He was a native of Talladega and a retired Naval Analyst. He worked with Wyle-CAS Co. in Huntsville. He coached youth ball and soccer for his son’s teams in Grovetown. He served in several tours of duties for more than 20 years. He served in the Persian Gulf War and Dessert Storm where he received numerous awards and medals. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Herbert and Inez Irvin, and Catherine Hyatt. He is survived by his parents, Herbert and Janice Irvin, son, Tristan Irvin, daughter, Katy Irvin, sister, Kelli Crim (Tony), brother, Jamie Irvin, several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles, and a host of friends.
