I would like to say how sorry I am with the passing of Mr. Cecil....
He was truly a kind, humble, thoughtful man....never complained
Of things..always had a smile..and was a true patriot..he looked forward to placing the flag out daily. I am sure that he was ever grateful to his friend Mr. Klotz for taking over that task when he was no longer able to do so. I truly thought the world of Mr. C.
He will definitely be missed by staff and residents alike here at
The Gardens. We take comfort in knowing that he is at peace and happy in his new home. RIP MR. CECIL.
