We grew up with Billy in Oak Hill Fl. The Burns Family were a part of our lives. Billy's Aunt Alma taught us in 5th and 6th grade. His Father taught us in JR. high. He will never be forgotten by his friends in Oak Hill..

You have been in my life as long as I can remember and will stay in my heart forever until we meet on the other side. My prayers now go out to Aunt IdaLaura, Fleur,Elisa,Aunt Bobbie, and all relatives and friends that knew and loved you. I remember the day you told me that Rabbie was a good man and to keep him.
