Obituary of Henry Richard Cook

Funeral service for Henry Butch Cook, 84, of Alpine, will be Saturday at 11 AM at Ursey Funeral Home Chapel of Talladega. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. His family will receive friends Saturday from 10-11 AM at the funeral home.
Mr. Cook passed away in Vestavia, AL March 15, 2012.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Ola Belle Cook.
Mr. Cook is survived by his sons, Ronald L. Cook of Birmingham and David Craig Cook (Wendy) of San Deigo California, grandchildren: Christopher Cook, Kelia Cook, Ramsey Cook and Devon Cook sister, Sadie Rooks of Oak Ridge Tennessee.
