Dear Mrs Gutsell, I am the Facility Manager where CPO Gutsell worked. I had the opportunity to work with him since 2002. CPO Gutsell did a fine job here. He is missed and he will always be kindly remembered by those that worked with him. My prayers are with you and your family.
