Obituary of Betty C. Love

Funeral service for Mrs. Betty C. Love, 77, of Talladega, will be Friday, January 27, 2012 at 2 PM at Parkway Assembly of God. Rev. John Hugh Love will officiate and burial will be in Pine Hill Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends Friday at the church from 12-2 PM. Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega will direct the service. Mrs. Love passed away January 23, 2012 in Tuscaloosa. Mrs. Love was a native and lifelong resident of Talladega County. She was a member of Parkway Assembly of God. She was a successful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and attorney. She is preceded in death by her husband, Huel M. Love. Her survivors include her children, Huel M. Love Jr. (Cassie), Carla Love Tinney, and D. Leigh Love, all of Talladega John Hugh Love (Lisa), Statesboro, GA, Jason Landers Love, Nashville, TN, , Julie Love Templeton (Shawn) of Tuscaloosa, foster sons, Fred Franklin Ledbetter Jr. (Cheryl), Birmingham, James Adams (Sandy), Talladega, step-daughters, Alice Faye Love, Birmingham, Paige Love Smith (Michael), Atlanta GA. Sister, Sadie Rooks, Oak Ridge TN, brother, Richard Henry Cook, Alpine, 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Huel M. Love, Jr., Jason L. Love, Jerry Whitten, Jr., Huel M. Love III, Codi Seth Hester, and Fred Franklin Ledbetter Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Talladega County Bar Association and Board of Directors of AL Teen Challenge.
