She is survived by her husband, Jeff Washburn, sisters, Tommie Pritchard (Ken Reece), Belinda Wheeler (Robert), brother, Billy Hall (Donna) along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.She is preceded in death by her parents: Clarence and Martha Hall.
Mrs. Washburn passed away, Saturday, December 17, 2011.Rhonda was a native of California and a long time resident of Cobb County Georgia. She was a resident of Talladega since 2005. She was an avid reader, a long time roller skate dancer, and loved working with pets.
