He is survived by his daughters: Hilary Hupertz (Michael), Meighan Hallmark, grandchildren: Willey Hupertz, Morgan Hallmark, Wesley Hupertz, sisters: Maxine Umstad, Charlotte Galloway (Johnny) and several nieces.Buddy” is preceded in death by his parents: William Howard and Agnes Jackson Elder, wife: Sheila Elder.Mr. Elder passed away October 12, 2011 at BMC of Talladega.Mr. Elder was a native of Talladega then moved to Atlanta in 1972. He later returned to Talladega where he was the owner/operator of David’s Auto Electric.Reverend Andy Mims will be officiating.
