I am sorry to hear of your loss you have our upmost sympathy and condolences.I didn't know Mr Allen,but all the comments about him shows he was a man of dedication,and was well liked. The Bible tells us that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous (Act 24:15).Wouldn't it be wonderful to see Mr.Allen again in the resurrection not worrying about sickness,pain sorrow,and death again (Revelation 21:3-5).

Bryan, When I lost my dad in 2005 an old friend come up to me at the cemetery and hugged my neck and said, "Randy, I can't explain it, but you will never feel the same without your dad." She was right. And while life goes on and can be good, it will always feel different. Your dad, in most cases, is your hero, your mentor, and your best friend. Time will enable you to handle it better, but until that time comes, we are here for you. Call me if you ever need to talk because I have and am walking down the same path you are now on. We love you. Randy Jinks, Mr. Jinks to you! LOL!
