Mr. Gardner is survived by one son, Kenneth Lawson Gardner (Renee) Eastaboga. One daughter, Sherry Tumlin (Terry) Talladega. Four grandchildren, Joann Green, Fred Williams, Wayne Gardner, and Crystal Brown Rich. Six great¬grandchildren. One brother, Davis Gardner, Renfroe. Three sisters, Ruby Sweatt, Trussville, Margie Bowen, Talladega, Margaret Blankenship, Talladega.HEis preceded in death by his wife, Gladys S. Gardner, son, James Leslie Gardner, parents, Henry and Carrie Gardner, Brothers, Henry, James, and Fred Gardner. One sister, Katherine Kelly.Mr. Robert L. Gardner went home to be with the Lord on September 5, 2011. Mr. Gardner was a member of Central Baptist Church and a member of the Masonic Lodge #261.Pallbearers will be Chuck Ball, Gary Blankenship, Sonny Blankenship, Stan Burlison, Russ Parton, and Billy Ray Wills. Honorary Pallbearers will be members of Masonic Lodge #261.Sam Tate will be officiating.
