Memorial services for Robert “Bob” Brightbill, 70, of Eastaboga, will be Tuesday August 31, 2011 at 7 PM at Harvest Church of God. Bishop Jerry Irwin and Rev. Don Maddox will officiate. His family will receive friends at the church Tuesday from 6-7 PM. Mr. Brightbill passed away Monday at Regional Medical Center. Bob was a native Pennsylvania and a resident of Calhoun and Talladega Counties for more than thirty years. Bob was a High Voltage Lineman/Electrician. He worked with Florida Power, Acker Electric, Pan Am, Johnson Controls and Russell Machine Co. Inc. He was an avid hunter and a huge Alabama fan. His survivors include his wife Gretchen R. Brightbill, sons: Robin Brightbill (Joni), Timothy Brightbill (Carrie), Michael Lowrance (Gina), daughters: Tina Graben (Stephen), Connie Martin, Natalie Beard (Tommy), grandchildren: Drew Heard (Michelle), Chad Gortney (Nicole), Tabatha McClellan (Tony), Josh Heard (Anna), Amber Beard, Justin Gortney, Taylor Brightbill, Montana Brightbill, Austin Lowrance, Jamie Brightbill, Rachel Carr, Brandon Lowrance, Chandler Lowrance, Cameron Lowrance, Payton Graben, great-grandchildren: Landon McClellan, Jacob McClellan, Emma Gortney and Bryson Gortney.
