She is survived by her children, Barry Lackey (Amy), Terry Lackey (Kim), Lynne Horn (Lynn) and Kim Nassef (Tony), 3 brothers, Ronald Strickland (Jennie),
Travis Strickland (Sheila) and Wayne Strickland (Gail), 11 grandchildren, Jacob,
Shana, Slaten, Carrie, Missy, Josh, Brandy, Michael, Summer, Jennifer, Brent
and 7 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.Pallbearers will be Trey Lively, Slaten Lackey, Brent Horn, Jacob Davenport, Michael Lackey, and Josh Lackey. Honorary pallbearer will be Brady Jones.Mrs.Lackey was a native and life long resident of Munford, a member of Betta View Hills Church of Christ and was retired from AIDB.She is preceded in death by her parents, Kermit and Linnie Strickland and a brother
Shannon Strickland.. Elbert Lewis will officiate.
