Survivors:Wife: Betty Welch, Daughters: Cindy (Carl) Armstrong of Pell City, Nancy (Mark) Runyan of Alabaster, Son: Ralph (Janet) Welch of Hoover, 6 Grandchildren: Adam, Andrew, & Angela Armstrong, Jordan & Kristen Runyan, Christopher Welch, 6 Great Grandchildren, Numerous nieces & nephews Service:Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City Wednesday, July 27, 2011 2:00 P.M.
