He is survived by his daughters, Sandia Hardy Saxon, special friends and Caregivers: Reavie Reeves, Peggy Hardy and Dr. Juan Saxon. Mr. Hardy passed away June 16, 2011 at the Veterans Hospital in Birmingham.Mr. Hardy was a native of Biloxi Mississippi and a resident of Talladega since 1995. He was a retired U.S. Veteran who served his country during WWII and the Korean Conflict. Mr. Hardy was a member of Stockdale Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles Hardy and Agnes Cooper Hardy, three sisters; Zenobia Gill, Delia Gates and Irene O'Neal, four brothers: Elza Hardy, George Hardy, Robert Hardy and Herbert Hardy The Reverend Kevin Jones officiating.
