Mr. John Mell Williams, 62, of Talladega passed away Sunday, November 17 at his residence. A memorial service will be held at Usrey Funeral Home, Thursday, November 21 at 4:00pm with Mr. Ricky Ruston officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Thursday from 3:00 to 4:00pm.
Mr. Williams was a native and lifelong resident of Talladega. He is survived by his wife - Jan Williams, brothers Clay Williams and Joe Williams, sons Jim Stanford, Mike Hill, and Chris Hill, daughter Marie Spratlin, grandchildren Nick, Janie, and Halle Spratlin and Emma Stanford.
