Mrs. Wood was preceded in death by her Husband, Arthur Kidd Wood. She was survived by one daughter, Rebecca R. Fulton of Aiken, SC and one Grand daughter Jennifer R. Fulton of Alexandria, VA
Nell was a long term resident of Talladega, a member of First Baptist Church, and an avid flower gardener.
