Obituary of Matthew Russell Embry

Please share a memory of Matthew to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
The light of our life was extinguished on Monday, March 28th. when Matt Embry went to be with God. Never has a child brought such love and joy and pride to parents as Matt did. From Homecoming King in kindergarten to T-Ball champs in baseball, the pride in FHA awards and high school graduation, the fraternity of Pi Kappu Alfa and the Dens's List at Montevallo to his recent work and awards at Honda with his recent trip to Japan. Matt was always bringing immersable joy into our life. Matt your beautiful smile and devilish eyes are haunting me today. Know this my wonderful child, we will always love you and will never forget what happiness you brought into not only lives but anyone who knew you. See you in heaven. Love Forever, Mom, Dad & Brother. He is survived by his parents, Harry and Lyn Embry of Munford; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Martin of Fyffee, AL; grandmother, Ruth Embry of Munford; brother, Greg Embry of Munford; loving Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. Pallbearers are Jessie Martin, Heath Martin, Bradley Martin, Mason Martin, James Paul Bailey, Cliff Bailey, Wiley Bailey, and Andrew Durham.
