Background:Mrs. Tidwell was a lifelong resident of Pell City. She was a member of Pell City First Baptist Church where she taught an adult ladies' Sunday School class for 23 years. She was a Christian lady who taught others through the example of the life she lived. She will be missed by family and friends alike.
Preceded in Death by:She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Brown; by her mother, Mae Hurst; by her brother, Charles Brown; by sisters, Barbara Brown, Mary Brown, and Elizabeth Burton; and by husbands, J.W. Barber and Abe Tidwell.
Survivors:Sons: Jack (Nancy) Barber, Richard (Sybil) Barber, John (Nancy) Barber, Daughter: Pat (Jimmy) Noah, Stepson: Richard (Sherry) Tidwell, Sisters: Jean Johnson, Anna Lou Foster, 5 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, 7 Great Great Grandchildren, Numerous nieces & nephews
