Name:Mrs. Edna Mable Kiker Age:100 Residence:Pell City AL Date of Death:Wednesday, February 16, 2011 Place of Death:Birmingham Background:Mrs. Kiker worked at a shell factory during World War II making ammunition for the war effory. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse at Martin Hospital for many years and later at the new hospital in Pell City. She and her husband owned and operated Kiker's Marina for many years. She was a member of Hardin's Chapel Bible Church. Preceded in Death by:She was preceded in death by her husband, Garnett Kiker, and by her son, Eddie Kiker. Survivors:Daughter: Jean (Ray) Coshatt of Pell City, Granddaughter: Bobbie (Bill) Arnold of Thomasville, GA, Great Granddaughter: Genia Barnett of Houston, TX, Great Great Granddaughter: Devina Barnett of Houston, TX, Great Great Grandson: Nicholas Russ of Houston, TX Service:Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City Sunday, February 20, 2011 2:00 P.M. Clergy:Rev. Doug Ford Cemetery:St. Clair Memorial Gardens Visitation:The family will receive friends Saturday from 4-6 PM at the funeral home. Contributions:In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hardin's Chapel Bible Church.
