Obituary of Edward Wheeler Tinsley

Edward Wheeler Tinsley, 89 Funeral services for Edward W. Tinsley will be Tuesday, February 15, 2011, 3pm at Hepzibah Baptist Church. The Rev John Coates and Rev Trull Hill will officiate. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Mr. Tinsley died February 12th at Talladega Healthcare. He was retired from the Talladega Housing Authority. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Bertha M. Tinsley and brother Clyde Tinsley. He is survived by two sons, Beaver Tinsley and wife Sandra, Jim Tinsley and wife Lynda, daughter Connie Edwards and husband Kirby; brothers, John Ben Tinsley, Ray Tinsley and sister, Virginia Smith; 6 Grandchildren, 8 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great-Grandchild. Pallbearers will be John McGrady, Randy Kissic, Vernon Dukes, Billy Klinner, Bud Harvel and Chris Davis. Honorary pallbearers will be The Timothy Class4 of Hepzibah Baptist and Ray Hendrix. Flowers will be accepted or memorials to Hepzibah Baptist Church or Sycamore Baptist Church.
