Obituary of Tommie Fincher

Private graveside service for Mrs. Tommie Fincher, 92 of Talladega was Thursday, March 19, 2015. Dr. C.O. Grinstead officiated and burial was in Pine Hill Memorial Park. Mrs. Fincher passed away March 17, 2015 in Anniston. She was a native of Talladega, Alabama, she was a member of Talladega Creek Baptist Church for over 68 years and was retired from Bemiston. She is preceded in death by her husband Bryant Fincher, parents, John Henry and Maggie Carver McGathey, brother, Lois McGathey (Dot). She is survived by her children, JoAnn Vickers and Jerry Fincher (Muriel), 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren Pallbearers were grandsons and great-grandsons Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be sent to Talladega Creek Baptist Church 214 Maine St. Talladega, AL or Gideon’s International PO Box 352 Talladega, AL 35161.
