Obituary of Catherine Williams Shadix

Funeral service for Mrs. Catherine Williams Shaddix, 86, of Talladega, will be Sunday, March 1, 2015, at 3:00 pm at Usrey Brown-Service Funeral Home. Dr. Sam Tate will officiate and burial will be in Pine Hill Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm and Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega will direct. Mrs. Shaddix went to be with the Lord February 27, 2015 at her residence. She served her family, her church and her friends. She will be missed by all. She loved her God and her family. She is preceded in death by husband, Frank Shaddix. Survivors include son, Greg Shaddix, daughter, Fran Shaddix, grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Gracyn Shaddix, and brother, Tom Wiliams Pallbearers will be Henry Patterson, Carl Hudson, Wayne Brand, Scott Kruger, Neil Williams and Fred Casey. Honorary pallbearers will be William Cole and Dell Williams.
