Obituary of Betty Paul Mitchell

Funeral service for Betty Paul Mitchell, 77, of Talladega, will be Wednesday October 16, 2013 at 11:00 am at the chapel of Usrey Funeral Home. Rev. Charlie Nicholson will officiate and burial will be in Pine Hill Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends Wednesday from 10-11 am at Usrey Funeral home of Talladega. Mrs. Mitchell passed away at her home on October 14, 2013. She was a native and lifelong resident of Talladega County and a member of First Baptist Church of Talladega. She was owner/operator of Betty Paul’s Fabrics for 21 years. She is preceded in death by her parents Eugene Cason Hutto and Amy Lee Hutto, brother, Colvin Eugene Hutto. Her survivors include her husband, Joe Mitchell, children, Paula Calhoun (Roger), Sherry Burke (Ray), Kim Cheshire (Todd) and Stan Mitchell, sisters, Frances Barber, Bobbie Limbaugh, brother, Joe Frank Hutto, 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Joey Hutto, Mike Limbaugh, Terry Hutto, Cason Smith, Tyler Hutto, and Jonathan Jones. Honorary pallbearers will be Andrew Todd, David Challender, Tommy Challender, Billy McInnish, and Jimmy Nelson. Special thanks to: The staff of Alacare Home Health, caregivers; Crystal Goins, Marcia Goodwin and Dawn Ruggs. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Alacare Home Health, 1240 Martin Street South. Pell City, AL 35128.
