Obituary of Vinnie Mae Horn

Funeral service for Mrs. Vinnie Mae Horn, 83 of Talladega will be Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 2:00 at Usrey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Midway Memory Gardens. Nikki Byrom, Rev. Glen Horn will officiate. Her family will receive friends Thursday from 1:00-2:00 pm at Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega. Mrs. Horn passed away February 3, 2015 in Piedmont, AL. She is preceded in death by her husband: Glenn Owens Horn, 2 brothers, Jesse Pardue, Elijah Pardue and sister, Vinnie Lee Pressley, She was a native of Westover AL, and a longtime resident of Talladega. She has been a resident of Piedmont for the past 5 years. She never met a stranger and loved to rescue dolls and make dresses for them. She had a love of animals especially cats. Mrs. Horn is survived by her children, Rev. Glen Horn (Kathy) and Darlene Byrom (Nikki), grandchildren, Scott Horn, Jennifer Smith, great-granddaughter, Kaity Smith, sisters, Minnie Lee Gable, Dorothy Kearley, several nieces and nephews
