Mrs. Alma Ruth Goss, age 102, of Dallas, GA, passed away on December 4, 2024. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at Usrey Funeral Home in Talladega, AL, with burial to follow at Pine Hill Memorial Park. Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Monday evening from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Born in Texas, Mrs. Goss spent the majority of her life in Talladega, AL, before moving to Dallas, GA, in 1999. A dedicated member of the Baptist faith, she was known for her work at Weaver’s Shoe Store and later retired from General Electric Company.

Mrs. Goss is survived by her son, Wallace B. Goss, Jr. (Vicki); grandsons Shannon Wright (Casey), Greg Wright, Anthony Wright (Stephanie), and Austin Goss (Kelli); ten great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace B. Goss, Sr., and her son, Tommy Wright.

Her beloved grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
