Mr. Sonny Etress, 78, of Talladega, Alabama, passed away on Friday, October 11, 2024. He was a proud member of the Moody Masonic Lodge 592 and a 32nd-degree Mason. Sonny honorably served in the U.S. Army and was a Vietnam veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie Etress; daughters, Renee Underwood (Ronald), Sherry Rich, Tammy Bowen (Jon), and Jennifer Evans; son, Frankie Etress (Lori); thirteen grandchildren; thirty-one great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; sister, Dodie DeLoach (Darnell); and brother, Jack Etress (Darlene).
Visitation for friends will be held at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City on Monday, October 14, 2024, from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM, with a memorial service to follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Jack Etress officiating.
