Graveside services for Virgie Parker Green 94 of Talladega will be held Saturday January 17, 2015 2:00pm at Oak Hill Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Hester Officiating.
Mrs. Green Passed away January 14, 2015 at home, She is preceded in death by husband Verman Paul Green, parents Jay and Rader Parker, two sons James Edward Green and Thomas Glenn Green, grandson James Kevin Green, Her brothers Hoyt Parker, Homer Parker, Grady Parker, Chester Parker, Leonard Parker, Cleorand Parker and sister Celia Crow. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church, retired from Palm Beach and a native of Clay County.
Survivors include son Robert Paul(Pauline)Green, grandchildren Kenneth (Angie) Green, Connie Baxter, Denise Sammons, Bobbie Joe (Mike) Scott, Franklin (Kim) Green, Pam (Shane) Caton, John (Lisa) Green, Elizabeth Green, Virginia (Shane) Brown and Tim Green, 21 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. Pallbearers Kenneth Green, Andrew Green, Joshua Green, Franklin Green, John Green ,Tim Green and Tim Scott. The family would like to thank New Beacon Hospice and Clay Spencer and Kim McGrady for their special care
