Charlotte Faye Staples Obituary

Mrs. Charlotte Faye Staples, 89, of Cropwell, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lelus Rich and Mamie Causey; brother, JB Ferguson; and sisters, Evelyn Funderburg, Nita Boswell, and Kathy Langley.

She is survived by her daughters, Natalie Faye Voss, Vanessa Cleckler (Wade), and Mea Staples; son, Dwight Staples (Nita); grandchildren, Wendy Knight, Katrina Voss, Josh Cleckler, and Athena Staples; step-grandchildren, Emily Holsombeck, Levi Holsombeck, and Cheyenne Holsombeck; great-grandchildren, Zac Cleckler and Sadie Cleckler; brothers, Larry Rich (Leigh), Billy Causey (Wanda), Jimmy Causey (Brenda); and sister, Linda Duchock (Don).

The family will receive friends at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City on Sunday, August 4, 2024, from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm.


The funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 4, 2024, with Bro. Vint Arnold officiating. Interment will be at Seddon Cemetery.
