Jose “Joe” Andres Lomeli, 45, of Lincoln, AL passed away at his home on Monday, July 08, 2024. A funeral ceremony will be held in his honor at 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega. His family will receive friends at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service.

Mr. Lomeli was a native and lifelong resident of Talladega County. He loved his motorcycle, and his grandchildren were his entire world. He was the “Mr. Fix It” of his neighborhood—always there to lend a helping hand. He was a selfless and generous man who would sacrifice his own needs for everyone else. He will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Betty Walden and Clarence Clark.

Mr. Lomeli is survived by his wife, Jamie Mizzell; children, Madison Goins (Casey), Kynslee Lomeli (Locke), Logan Lomeli (Baylee), and Jacob Sheffield; mother, Bonnie Lomeli; father, Lupe Lomeli; brother, Joey Lomeli (Nickie); sisters, Jessie Lomeli and Ember Lomeli; grandchildren, Maverick, Brexley, Madelyn, Elliana, and Bodie, and a host of nieces and nephews.
