Roy Dale Malone, 80 of Munford passed away June 22, 2024, at his home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm, Monday, June 24, 2024 at Usrey Funeral Home Chapel in Talladega with burial in Kelly Springs Cemetery. His family will receive friends from 2:00pm-3:00pm at Usrey Funeral Home on Monday prior to service. Roger Young and Dante Whittaker will officiate the services. Roy graduated from Munford High School and was a U.S Navy Verteran, Volunteer Fireman for Munford, Providence Volunteer Fire Departments, and a member of Vison CRD. He is proceeded in death by his daughter Pam Malone. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Martha Malone, Sons, Austen Malone, Zak Smith (Angie), Jonathan Smith (Meaghan), Grayson Smith, Ed Malone, Adam Rice (Melissa), Josh Rice (Nicole), David Rice, daughters Brendy Malone, Gina Spence (Mark), Pam Stevens (Michael), Chasity Jennings (Levi), Savannah Goodson, Amy Dunaway (Ed), and many other “collected strays” over the years, grandchildren, Riley Jarrett (Josie), Bella Case, Elisibeth Jennings, Matthew Jennings, Marleigh Johnson, Anthony Spence, Alex Spence, Andrew Rice, Tyler Rice, Keaton Rice, Kinleigh Rice. Pallbearers will be extended family and special friends. Usrey Funeral Home in Talladega will direct services.
