Obituary of Anna Katherine McLendon

Funeral service for Anna Katherine McLendon, 42, of Talladega, will be Monday January 12, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Usrey Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Dan Mattox will officiate and burial will be in Pine Hill Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends Sunday from 6-8 pm. Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega Directing. Ms. McLendon passed away January 9, 2015 at Citizens BMC. She is preceded in death by fiancé Daniel Masters. She is a native and lifelong resident of Talladega. Graduated from Auburn University and then obtained her master’s degree at Jacksonville State University in early childhood education. She loved her children and her family. Her survivors include, children, Hannah Laurin McLendon, Rebecca Katherine McLendon, parents, James and Colleen Crosby, sister, Louise Lockridge (Kenneth), nieces, Anna Hope Lockridge, Genna Grace Lockridge, along with aunts, uncles and cousins.
