Obituary of John Dalton Morgan

John Dalton Morgan passed away on May 14, 2024, at the age of 94. He was laid to rest at Pine Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum following a private service with his family. Mr. Morgan was born in Ashland, AL. He served in the Korean War and later made a career as a foreman for the Talladega County Road Department. He was also a member of First Baptist Church of Talladega. The roles he cherished most were those of husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He and his wife were married for 70 years and he was happiest spending time with her and the rest of his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lillian Morgan, and sisters, Kitty Cox and Dot Birchfield. Mr. Morgan is survived by his wife, Imogene Morgan; daughter, Susan McCrary (Mike); granddaughter, Megan Trask (Lee), and great-granddaughter, Harper Trask.
