Sarah Ruth Livingston, 84, of Talladega, AL passed away in Lineville, AL on Friday, April 12, 2024. Her family will receive friends at Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. A funeral ceremony will be held in her honor at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. with David Gaither officiating. Interment will follow directly after the service at Pine Hill Memorial Park.

Mrs. Livingston was a native of Birmingham and lived most of her life in Alabama. She enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles and gardening. Everyone affectionately knew her as “Granny”.

She was preceded in death by daughter, Shirley Carlson and parents, Venice and Lily Gothard.

Mrs. Livingston is survived by her daughters, Diana Gaither (Danny) and Paula Pineda, son, James A. “Junior” Lambert; 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren.

Jeremy Wolf, Chris Wolf, Troy Wolf, Steve Gaither, Nick Patterson, and Jason Gaither will serve as pallbearers.

Logan Wolf and Jordan Wolf will serve as honorary pallbearers.
