Today is finally the day that you had so often hoped for most of the time I had known you. You lived a very sad life. When you loved someone though, you loved with what I believe was your whole heart. I was fortunate at times to have been on the receiving side of that love. You were human though, and like all of us, you made mistakes. Some of those mistakes were very hurtful and some were perceived as unforgivable. Thankfully for all of us, we have a very loving and merciful God. I'm sorry that we couldn't make amends before you took your last breath. I really wanted to but didn't so for that, I will be sorry until I take my last breath. When you were good, you were really good and a lot of fun to be around. Those are the moments that I'm going to remember you for. And I pray that you are hugging Ma Maw, PA Paw, Mom, Dad, Angel, Granny Lee, and so many countless others today as we go and say our final goodbyes to you on this earth. Understand that your life served one final purpose, to remind us all to make things right before we don't have that one last time. I pray that you finally rest in peace.
