Obituary of Noble Ray Curlee

Funeral service for Noble Ray Curlee Sr., 84, of Alpine will be Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at 11:00 am at Usrey Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Greg Tankersley will officiate and burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. His family will receive friends Wednesday from 10-11 am at Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega. Mr. Curlee passed away Monday at Talladega Health and Rehab. He was a member and deacon of Fair Park Baptist Church. He retired from Kimberly Clark with 37 years of service. He was also a US Navy Veteran. He is preceded in death by his first wife Jeanette Curlee and daughter Jeannie Curlee. Survivors include his wife, Margie Nixon, son, Noble R. Curlee, Jr. (Robbin), daughters, Gail Johnson (Steven), Rita McKinney (Ronnie), Jenny Ellison (Fred), and Carol Upchurch (Mike), 8 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren, brothers, Bo, Bobby, Bud and Bill Curlee and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Johnny Curlee, David Curlee, Aaron Curlee, Jamie McKinney, Jason McKinney, and Nick Ellison Special thanks to CBMC and Senior Care Staff, Talladega Health Care and Rehab and Dr. J.
