Brenda was one of the sweetest, strongest person I have ever known. We had some great times together as school classmates and bestie friends in our high school years. It has been so special to reconnect with her over the last few years. She will be so missed, not just by me, but by everyone who ever had the opportunity to know her.

It was our joy and blessings to know Brenda and James. She was an inspiration to us as she bore her sickness through the years with an attitude of hope and dependence on the Lord. James is also an inspiration to us as he was always attentive to her needs. She will be missed greatly for her smile and willingness to serve the Lord in any capacity that resulted in blessings to her fellow brothers and sisters in the Lord. Thank you Brenda. Thank you James.

When we first started attending Hebzibah Church, Brenda stood out so much over everyone else. She always greeted us with her sweet smile that spoke volumes & her genuine friendliness & interest made us feel so welcome. Every Sunday before services, when she was able, she never failed to come around to say hello & check to see how we were doing.
Brenda had an awesome kindness about her & nobody could ask for a better friend.
I'm so humbled & proud to write in your Tribute Book.
Love you Brenda, Carol

My family and I moved to Talladega in 1983. I met Brenda at a soccer practice for my 8 year old. We instantly became friends and have continued that friendship ever since. She was the very first friend I made in Talladega. We spent a lot of time together while raising our sons. I loved her very much. Missing her already.

Brenda and I met in car line at school. She had two boys the age of two of mine . Our boys played soccer together, and we became fast friends , sharing transportation of our boys and even a pair of jeans we passed back and forth as one gained weight or lost weight. I guess those jeans were passed back and forth a number of times. We stayed in touch throughout the years. Many fond memories occupy a corner of my heart. Fly high my dear friend and soar with the angles

I also was a member of Banana betty’s and Brenda was one of my dearest friends when I lived in Talladega. We raised our boys together, always involved in their school and shared a very special bond. Prayers and comfort to her husband and her children. She really was a very special person.

Brenda was a true bright light to this world! I will always value the true example of love she had for her family, friends and especially her love for Christ. A void will be in all of our lives forever until we meet her again in Heaven. I am more than thankful to have known her, and will carry special memories of her all the days of my life.

I was lucky enough to meet this aamazing women would I married her nephew. I considered her my aunt and I loved her very much. The world is a little darker without her kindness and warmth. She will be greatly missed but has a wonderful reunion when she gets to heaven.
