Ralph Spraggins “R.J.” Harrell, Jr passed away December 26, 2023 at the age of 54.
“R.J.” was a native and lifelong resident of Talladega, Alabama. He is preceded in death by his parents, Brenda Ruth and Ralph Spraggins Harrell, Sr. He is survived by his uncles, Harrell Gooden, Darrell Gooden, and a host of cousins.
