Uncle Jimmy, Aunt Susie, Uncle Rusty and I were in South Carolina at a seafood restaurant. Well everyone that knows me, knows I despised seafood. They order oysters for them and while most people eat oysters with horseradish, Uncle Jimmy ate them with ketchup. He put ketchup on an oyster held it up and said to me “I’ll give you $100 if you eat this oyster.” They were all telling me to do it but I never did. Maybe I might now when I go to Florida one day just for you Uncle Jimmy.
