I am so very sorry to hear of the news. A great deal of time has passed since I have seen or spoken with him. I ran into him before leaving for college and moving to Atlanta. Nevertheless, I will always remember the good times and memories. He and his sister Tracy and my sister spent a lot of time together before school waiting on the bus or after school. Kevin was one of the first to introduce us to the world of MTV through an enormous satellite dish that looked like something out of NASA. It was bigger than a house. He was also the first to bring the song Egyptian Lover to the masses…I say masses…I mean myself and my sister. You could hear it playing from the end of the driveway as the bass would rattle the windows.
He was a good friend and had a fantastic knack to make people laugh. He wouldn’t cut you any slack either…you would always get your turn at being hacked on. HA! No one was immune to his creativity in hacking. We all loved him for that. I would hear about him from time to time from mutual friends, so it was great to learn he was doing well and had a family of his own. My heartfelt condolences go out to his parents, his sisters, and to the immediate family of Kevin Wyatt. He was certainly one of a kind and his life and memories should celebrated. RIP ol’ friend. One thing I can assure you the Lord is getting his turn too.

I have a lot of memories of Kevin from when I was just a kid. I lived on Riddle Rd. next to Doris, Tracy, Kevin, & Jennifer. Great memories! You will be missed. Fly high Kevin.
