Obituary of Gary Alan Stapler

Mr. Gary Alan Stapler, 62, of Talladega, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2023. Mr. Stapler was a member of Church of the Highlands Grants Mill Campus. He held an Exhorter license in the Church of God, Cleveland, Tennessee. He was a Quality Associate with Honda Motor Company. He is survived by his wife, Kristi Stapler; daughters, KatieAnn Hubbard (Daniel) and Bethany Stapler; sons, Christopher Stapler, Jeremy Stapler, Nathan Stapler (Holland), and Joshua Stapler; grandchildren, Sophia Stapler and Vincent Stapler; brother, Hubert D. Stapler Jr.; sisters, Carla Jones and Karen Stapler; and parents, Hubert D. and Irma Stapler. Large families are plentiful in all parts of the extended family list--so it would get long. Members stretch far and wide: an aunt (Marie Kelly) lives in Oklahoma and many live in Missouri, several are south in Florida, and a nephew (Brodie Fultz) is in North Carolina. The family will receive friends at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Monday, August 14, 2023. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City with Pastor Bobby Morgan officiating. Interment will follow the funeral service at Oakwood Memorial Gardens in Gardendale, Alabama.
